By downloading or using MigrAid, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

The App

What MigrAid Does

MigrAid is a migraine tracking application designed to help you:

Log migraine attacks with symptoms, triggers, and medications
Track weather conditions (barometric pressure, temperature, humidity)
Identify patterns and correlations in your migraines
Receive predictions about high-risk days
Generate reports for your healthcare providers

What MigrAid Is Not

MigrAid is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The app is for informational and tracking purposes only
It does not replace professional medical advice
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions
Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on app content

Medical Disclaimer

Important: Please read this section carefully.

MigrAid is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical application:

Predictions are based on pattern recognition, not medical diagnosis
Weather correlations are statistical, not causal medical relationships
The app cannot detect, diagnose, or treat any medical condition
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services
If you experience severe or unusual headaches, seek immediate medical attention

By using this app, you acknowledge that you understand it is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Subscription Terms

What's Included

Premium subscription provides:

AI-powered predictions with notifications
Advanced weather correlation analytics
Unlimited PDF and CSV exports
Historical pattern insights

Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
If you don't cancel, you'll be charged when the trial ends
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods or unused features.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for:

Entering accurate tracking information
Using the app as a supplement to, not replacement for, medical care
Consulting healthcare providers about your symptoms and treatment

Appropriate Use

You agree to:

Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

MigrAid, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Salimov Studios and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission
Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
Create derivative works based on the app

Data and Privacy

Your use of MigrAid is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

Health data is stored locally on your device and synced to your iCloud
We do not have servers that store your health information
You own your data and can export or delete it anytime

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate weather data and pattern analysis, we cannot guarantee:

Accuracy of predictions or correlations
Completeness of weather data from third-party sources
That patterns identified are medically significant

All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider.

App Availability and Changes

No Warranty

MigrAid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
Accuracy of predictions or insights
That the app will meet your specific needs

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app
Update features, pricing, or subscription terms
Require updates to continue using the app

We'll notify you of significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Salimov Studios is not liable for any damages arising from use of MigrAid
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on app data
We are not liable for data loss (back up via iCloud or export)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salimov Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the app
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services:

Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's terms and policies
RevenueCat: For subscription management (terms)
Open-Meteo: For weather data (terms)

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you:

Violate these terms
Use the app in ways that harm others or the app
Engage in fraudulent activity

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Children

MigrAid is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we learn that we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
